Encourage Your Child's Writing Skills

and so much more.  Gross motor skills are developed and artistic talents can be captured on the back of your little ones bedroom door.

Give your little one the freedom play with chalk and an area to express their creativity.  In doing so, you will notice start your child mimicking environmental print that they are familiar with.  You may even notice that your little one shows some awareness of the function of writing by writing or drawing in a left to right formation.  I just love this idea...obviously, I keep a can of chalkboard paint around for just in case.
