I have been scouring one of my favorite websites for ideas that are literature based that will bring reading to life for your child and then I found this little project.
This book caddy is made from a wooden lazy Susan and you can find the instructions here.
I am SO excited about this one that I added it to the Bookcase Series, even though it isn't technically a bookcase.
